The problem that cannot upload files and login SSH under suse10 on T3500

Publication Date:  2012-09-25 Views:  87 Downloads:  0
Issue Description
Login on the device after installing SUSE 10 sp2. In the process of uploading files, it terminates. Try login SSH again and fail. The problem exists after restarting the device.
Alarm Information
Handling Process
Examine the source code of the kernel and there is no “HuaweiSymantec Sas Host driver for T3000” sample, so the driver is not right. To conclude, the driver used by the client collides with the device causes that the system becomes read only.
Use the 1068e driver provided by T3500.
Root Cause
1. There comes the same problem on 6 devices at the same time, it is not hardware problem by primary judge.
2. The client reduce the system by himself and install 1068e driver, so we doubt that the 1068e driver is not matched to the device.
Considering the reasons roundly is good to locating the problem.
