A customer deployed two secospace servers. One of them deployed SM, SC, FTP main server, and the other deployed SC and backup FTP server. The primary/secondary FTP server is in synchronous status. Now the customer changes the server IP address because of the network adjustment. Some parts of configuration need to be changed in the original FTP server, but backup FTP server is in synchronous status and unable to delete it.
Due to some related information of the backup FTP server is written in the ED, so need to delete relevant files of the ED. Steps are as follows:
1, unzip the tomcat folder in the imanager to the root directory under secospace installation files.
2, start start. Bat file in tomcat folder.
3, stop secospace service.
4, open the IE browser, input https://ip:18443/nps, and open ED management interface, input the administrator user name and password.
5, find the ou = bakftp node under huawei node, and delete the backup FTP node.
6, start secospace service, and configure the FTP server again.
• The FTP server into the synchronization designed by system can't be deleted, to prevent the occurrence of unexpected problems.
