Softswitch version: R6; video conference platform version: Train5.1; softswitch is the neighbor GK of the video system; two viewpoint terminal log in to the OpenEye on GK; two NGN terminal log in to the softswitch 8220
1,OpenEye and 8220 can enter the conference dispatched by RMCC
2,OpenEye transmit message, 8220 can hear the audio but without image(OpenEye is normal between themselves )
3,OpenEye do not has the voice and image of far end(8220)
4,8220 can enter the conference without sound and image dispatched by RMCC(the point to point audio is OK between 8220)
1,Eliminate NGN softswitch side configuration and video conference platform side configuration fault by referring to documentation with professional engineer.
2,Elimiate the adaptation fault between video conference system and softswitch audio and video protocol(adaptation result: video protocol is H.263CIF; audio protocol is G.711A)
3,Use Ethereal(packet capture tool) to sample on the 8220 terminal, the result is: the video/audio packet that send by NGN terminal can not pass it’s gateway 192.168.100.100（MCU address：10.111.34.17 softswitch address：10.111.0.1）, the problem is turned to the department of bearer network.
4,Former test environment is special, the route between 192.168.100 and 10.111.34 was not added, 192.168.100.100 is called SPC in the net, call signaling is turned to MCU8220 by SPC, the terminal can enter conference, but medium stream can not pass, add route form 192.168.100.100 to 10.111.34 and the fault is disappeared.
