Issue Description

Some user applied the ADSL dialing for internet through 8220 video telephone. It registered normally, but neither the calling party nor the called party is normal when PTP.

Alarm Information

Terminal information: the terminal you dialed is not connected.

Handling Process

The failure still exists when the terminal and the ADSLmodem are changed. We can be sure there is something wrong with the network transport layer. Ask the local telecom staff to check the firewall of the users. And there are illegal software firewall information in all the ADSL users’. Cancel the ”green network” of the ADSL account, problem solved.

Root Cause

It is the public address registered to GK by the terminal without the traversing between private and public.
