There is a ScheduleWeb online appoint system in a private network site. The system and other service support platform (RMCC, GK) are all installed in servers with the same network segment. These servers can ping to each other, and the RMCC matching SW has installed, configurated and running normally.
After installing SW (version：VCGV600R860B03D002SP01／Release 3.02.1 2005.12.16), change the setting file csc.xml, saving after change the parameter correctly, then reboot SW service, connect to this SW server by IE. After keying in the account and password then click “load”, it warns “can’t find version information in conf\csc.xml” in English.
When Catalina startup, the window shows as below:
Starting service Tomcat-Standalone
It’s connecting SIP server…
Then it will comes out large error information more than 300 lines. They are different from the information that comes from the normal running Catalina’s console window.
Because the xml file has a head “<?xml version=”xxxxxx” encoding=”xxx”?>” to describe the xml file’s version and character encoding type, so we doubt the comments added before make the SW can’t recognize this xml file.
Open csc.xml file to edit, examine all the parameter data. We can’t find problem, but SW service can’t startup normally. At this time, we reopen csc.xml file, the head of file is as below:

In these information, the first two lines comment is added after installing SW.
Conclusion: for ScheduleWeb’s csc.xml setting file, it can’t have any information including comments before file head “<?xml XXXXX…. ?>”, or the SW can’t startup normally. So please notice this problem.
