2. Call set is fine
Alarm Information
1. After p2p call, terminal displays that it can’t offer service
2. GK shows can’t offer service ether.
Handling Process
1. Check the route configuration in GK, it shows all call are for free, so problem is not here.
2. Disconnect VBILL charge (Change configuration file of RMCC.INI’s AAAReq iterm to 0- AAAReq=1)

3. P2P call and call set again, they both succeeded.

4. Confirm the problem is on VBILL, check all VBILL configuration files, and configurations of IP address for charging, port in RMCC.ini, there are no problem.

5. In the configuration file of radius.xml of Raduis in VBILL
<!—Radius default port number, default port number is 1812 -->
<!—Radius charging port numbe, charging port number is 1813 -->
It is occupied by unknown program, and can’t be handled. So we have to change to the setting blow:

<!-- Radius default port number, default port number is 1812 -->
<!-- Radius charging port numbe, default port number is 1813 -->
6. Authentication and charging port in RMCC.ini has been changed to 1814 and 1815:
Authentication server port
Charging server port
7. There is no corresponding setting or changing of authentication and charging port’s item, only has setting authentication and charging IP address option.
8. Add setting option under authentication and charging IP address:
Authentication server IP address
Charging server IP address
9. P2P call, everything is normal
Root Cause
1. GK router emerges problem
2. Charging emerges problem
Make sure to change other settings corresponding to certain special option.
