Fix failed disk path of updisk under AIX

Issue Description

Condition:
IBM AIX 5.3-009
VIS6600 V100R002C02
ULTRAPATH V100R002C01SPC016
VIS is connected to two IBM AIX server via two Brocade 300E switch.
Symptom:
After restarting one of the switches, check updisk and find two path are failed.

Handling Process

Use root account to do as follow:
1. Delete failed path
rmpath -d -l updisk2 -p fscsi0
2. Rescan new path
cfgmgr -l fscsi0
3. Check new path
lspath

Root Cause

Restarting switch causes ultrapath find two path to VIS are failed, so it configure the two path to failed. You need to delete two failed path, after the switch finishing restarting, rescan updisk on AIX.
