Version: IAD V300R001C03SPC300
Networking: Softco---IAD---PSTN Softco user's call telecom user from IAD’s O port out site, dial originally telecommunication number from O port enter site, realize the number retaining business.
Exogenous user dial O port’s telecommunication number, will hear 2 acoustic ring back tone, and then hear "the number you dialed does not exist" warning tone.
1, check the configuration and hasn’t seen any problem.
2, upgrade the IAD old version to version V300R001C03SPC300 and then test, the result is the same with the original.
3, grab signaling please R&D analysis, found FXO port binding ID has a problem. FXO port binding ID should be DN rather than EID. Field binding the FXO port ID with EID causes can’t position the corresponding number lead to call failure, after modify the FXO port ID into DN, roblem solving.
1, data allocation problem.
2, the version is too old, there may be defect.
IAD’s port configuration ID is corresponding with the SOFTCO’s EID, but O port ID is not corresponding with EID while the same as DN which is corresponding with EID. Usually EID and DN are corresponding, but there are exceptions time, especially when exists virtual PBX. Such as local site telephone number is 1000 and its EID is 2000, at this time do not pay attention to distinguish will lead to configuration error. The configuration commands binding the number 0 FXS port with number 0 FXO port are as follows:
TERMINAL (config) # sip user 0 id 2000
TERMINAL (config) # sip user 8 id 1000
FXS port configuration ID, only be used to SOFTCO registration. Because FXO port need not to register, but the call comes from PSTN must turn to SOFTCO, so the O port number configured in IAD is the real called number, not the concept of EID.
