Issue Description

if4pstnprefix, sub out prefix, subpbxno

Version V100R002C03SPC200
Networking: IAD104H ----- SoftCo5816 ---- SoftCo9500 ---- IAD132E (T)
Configuration is complete, suggesting that "the number you dialed is mistake, please check and redial"

Handling Process

Check out prefix has been configured
Users are the users under the sub-pbx, modify the out prefix as:
config add prefix dn 6 callcategory basic callattribute inter subpbxno 1 cldpredeal no minlen 1 maxlen 4 if4pstnprefix yes
Re-dial and test, failure problem disappears, the call can be normal!

Root Cause

1. May be the out prefix did not set.
2. If users under the sub-pbx, the possible is if4pstnprefix <yes | no> did not set to yes, caused PSTN side call softco phone can't success.


The if4pstnprefix <yes | no> is whether the PSTN user call inside site prefix. Such as auto-attendant, trombone prefix need to set to yes. Cooperate use with the parameter subpbxno, the outside users can call the prefix beginning inside users.
