Abnormal communication between two controller causes that running command is error under normal mode of VIS6000

Issue Description

It comes fault ‘Permission Denied” when Scanning disk under normal mode.
VIS CLI:root>vxdisk scandisks
This command may take a long time. Please wait...
Permission denied (publickey,keyboard-interactive).
Permission denied (publickey,keyboard-interactive).

Handling Process

1. Examine if the hardware is right, if not, find the reason.
2. If the hardware is right, run this command under debug: ssh_connect, password: 123456, type twice on one controller.
3. If the problem is not solved, run as follow on two controllers:
rm -rf /tmp/.ssh/*
rm /root/.ssh/*
then run ssh_connect on one controller.
4. If not, check /root/ permission of two controllers, run chmod 755 /root/ to change permission.

Root Cause

The communication between two controller is abnormal and the command cannot be transferred.
