SoftCo and IMS docking failure: after dialing to VU can not turn to extensions.

Issue Description

SoftCo interconnect with IMS, softco established vu switchboard, pstn users dial vu success and listen to alert tone, but when turn to extensions there is large probability can not dial success, prompt dialed number does not exist. 

Alarm Information

The number you dialed does not exist. 

Handling Process

1. Check the script, confirm no problem. Recompile, import, the problem is still there.
2. Because probabilistic failed, so the prefix should be no problem. (If prefix has problem it must be failed each time).
3.Catch log from softco, to see when dialing extensions softco over received a bit number, such as extension number is 8006, the PSTN caller also dial 8006, but softco received number is 88006, leading to failure.
 So is it softco number receiving error or IMS side to send No. error? So from softco network port packet capture, parse out the signal from the network reported to see the number that sent by IMS has one more bit. Since VU turn to extension is secondary dial, transmit in RTP streaming, to find UMG NE that responsible for IMS media stream. After analyze and modify the parameters, the problem is solved.

Root Cause

1. It may be VU script issue.
2. Prefix configuration issue.
3. Number receiving issue.


Docking problem we must find out the deep-seated reasons, to find clear evidence, can not be arbitrarily censure each other.
