No response to the register cause busy tone of the phone hanged under IAD

Issue Description

The phone hanged under IAD132E(T) has busy tone and can’t dial, restart IAD and it will be normal for a while, then the phone can’t use again.

Base on the signaling and network message of the scene, we can see IAD132E(T)send register information, but doesn’t receive response, we need to confirm the soft switch no response or the response message is dropped by switch/
Send the register information but no response, that is because heart overtime and quit service, SoftX3000 doesn’t send heart beat to IAD1321E(T), and doesn’t answer single port register information on gateway, so the register information flow is blocked.
Only gateway report register information with ROOT (H248 protocol) or aaln/* (MGCP protocol), the gateway state can restore.
Change the register way to communication setting register, problem is solved.

Root Cause

Check registers state through display mgcp attribute.
When talking normally: registration state: registered
When talking is blocked: registration state: fault


When setting IAD data, we suggest to set the register way to communication setting register.
