[VTL6000] VTL software problem: VTL cluster or SIR cluster IP address exception after removing Failover

Issue Description

VTL cluster or SIR cluster remove Failover, heartbeat address is not removed, VTL server and SIR server cannot reconfigure Failover.
Concrete phenomenon express like below:
Log on VTL server or SIR server with SSH (Secure Shell) tool, input ifconfig in SSH interface to check IP address of VTL server or SIR server, there is heartbeat address left when VTL server and SIR sever configure Failover.

Handling Process

Method 1: restart management port
1. Log on VTL server or SIR severs with KVM.
2. Input ifdown eth0 command to disable eth0 port. Eth0 port number is just for example, please use actual port number for configuring Failover.
3. Input ifup eth0 command to start eth0 port
Method 2: restart network service of VTL server or SIR sever.
1. Log on VTL server or SIR sever with SSH (Secure Shell) tool.

Root Cause

VTL server or SIR sever do not remove heartbeat address automatically after remove Failover.
