The state of VTL driver becomes Missing after rebooting VTL system, copy software warns 800 or 830 error

Issue Description
When we use Hostedbackup function, the state of NetBackup’s machine arm and driver become Missing after rebooting the VTL system. It makes copy failed.

Handling Process
1. In NetBackup console navigation, choose “Device > Robot”.
2. Right-click “Robot”, choose “Stop/Restart”, reboot the Robot service of NetBackup.
Root Cause
When we reboot VTL system, the VTL server is slow than NetBackup, it leads NetBackup server can’t find VTL device.
