The solution that TSM agent can't download the dispensing file

Issue Description

In SM server through the software distribution function dispensing documents to TSM agent, found TSM agent can't download the dispensing file.

Handling Process

Positioning steps are as follows:
1: Check the agent PC whether can SSH FTPIP 21. If not, please make sure whether FTP is start, then check network.
2: the agent PC use the browser to access to FTP, ways are as follows: FTP://ftpIP, and then display the interface that enter your username and password, after input the username and password, check whether can enter. If can't enter, explain FTP configuration has a problem, please according to FTP configuration installation manual to inspect again. The reason is probably that FileZilla software random port is blocked by the local firewall or hardware firewall in the middle when install FTP. Please according to the following method to solve: the local firewall software open FileZilla in service. Then set FileZilla software random port range to be fixed:
Choose the "Use Custom port range", Use a fixed port such as 2000, and then open this port limit in the hardware firewall.

Root Cause

The problem probably caused by the FTP installation or configuration problems.
