When adding equipment to the network management, it tips: "failure reason: equipment has no response."
Check the DCN network fault between VSM and network element:
1. Check VSM and network element accessibility, can use the ping command inspect network connectivity and packet loss rate between network management and gateway.
2. Recovery according to the site condition.
Check the parameter Settings of the web management side and network element side:
1. Check the web management communication parameter configuration, including IP address and gateway configuration.
2. Check the network element parameter configuration, including IP address, ID, expansion ID and gateway configuration.
3. Check whether the SNMP parameters which is configured when created network element are consistent with the configuration of the equipment side.
1. The DCN fault between network management and network element.
2. The communication parameters of network management or network element are configured error.
3. Network elements are restarting with no response.
