Issue Description
How to solve the SIG system server is unable to remote SSH landing problem?
Alarm Information
Handling Process
The SIG server usually is suse9 (sp4) system, adopting SSH safety landing way. On a server with SSH landing other server, sometimes it will appear the phenomenon that cannot log in. Error reason is “rsa authority failed”.
This is because of SSH security mechanism, in the first landing the SSH will have a rsa key negotiation process, after negotiation save it in /root/.ssh/known_hosts, then if landing again it will skip over this part. Appeared the phenomenon that can’t log in, it must be the landing server changed rsa key (a large scale is reinstall the system), but the machine still preserved the previously stored rsa keys, so the negotiation unsuccessful.
The solution is implement the command:
rm /root/.ssh/known_hosts  // remove previous rsa key negotiation record
After executed the command can use ssh X.X.X.X log in.
