Issue Description

In T8000 server redundancy backup network, how to bind two network interfaces of the server board?

Handling Process

1, the command line mode: directly input following orders (every time modify IP and MAC address), but after restart the server binding will failure.
modprobe bonding mode=1 miimon=100 downdelay=200 updelay=200
ip link set dev bond0 addr 00:00:00:00:00:14
ip addr add brd + dev bond0
ip link set dev bond0 up
ifenslave bond0 eth0 eth1
route add default gw
2, in order to avoid server restart, binding IP failure, edit a document, automatically perform IP binding document every start
Sig-server:/ # cd /etc/init.d/rc3.d/
Sig-server:/etc/init.d/rc3.d # touch S99if_bond0      (creat a S99if_bond0 file)
Sig-server:/etc/init.d/rc3.d # vi S99if_bond0         (edit the file, input the above command)
Sig-server:/etc/init.d/rc3.d # chmod 777 S99if_bond0  (modify file permission, automatically execute every start)
Sig-server:/etc/init.d/rc3.d # ./S99if_bond0            (execute IP banding)

3, modify other server board, can copy the file of 2 to own computer, after use note to open, modify IP and MAC address, and then copy the file to the directory /etc/init.d/rc3.d (must choose binary code), then modify permission, execute the file ./ S99if_bond0.
This binding method has practiced in the XXXX project, no problem. But notice, if restart network service, binding just doesn't work
