Handling Process

Login in OMM node floating IP (when the OMM and ESC are established together, it is ESC node floating IP) via putty, execute the following command:
1. Login in the oms database
ESC84_01:~ # psql -U omm -d oms -p 1521      (user name: omm,password:1521,Login in the oms database)
Welcome to psql 8.3.14 (server 8.3.9), the PostgreSQL interactive terminal.

Type:  \copyright for distribution terms
       \h for help with SQL commands
       \? for help with psql commands
       \g or terminate with semicolon to execute query
       \q to quit
2. View the information according to the disc ID
oms=> SELECT * from "Volume" where "volumeId"='vol-3E600883';
The outcome is:
cloudName |    clusterName     |   volumeId   | volumeAliasName | size | volumeType | storageType | description | snapshotId | storagePosition |  ownerId  | storageNode | limitIOPS | instanceId | status |  createTime   | createTimeStart | createTimeEnd | attachTime | attachStatus |  san_id  | lunType | lun_id | storageOptions | discoveryStatus |                   dn
ECSCloud  | ComputerCluster001 | vol-3E600883 | winxp_disk      |   10 | 0          |             | winxp_disk  |            |                 | omsportal |             |           | i-4EAD08EA | BUSY   | 1340777977819 |                 |               |            | 1            | ipsan001 | FAT     | LUN012 | lunType@FAT    | DISCOVERED      | /ECSCloud-ECSCloud/Volume-vol-3E600883
(1 row)
volumeId is the disc ID,volumeAliasName is the disc name,volumeType is the disc type:0 denotes the user’s disc,1 denotes the system’s disc,instanceId is the virtual machine ID the disc belonged to.
