Issue Description

In the SIG daily maintenance frequently encountered the interference gateway impassability problem which due to the settings of the interference gateway’s MAC is wrong, this paper introduces the method how to check whether the MAC address of the interference gateway is correct.

Alarm Information

Handling Process

Command: dmacshow
Check the MAC value of the interference gateway accessed by SIG.
Command: arpshow
Check SIG current arp table accessed interference gateway’s MAC address. If there is no related record, can run the command in the SPS: ping "interference gateway IP address". And then run the “arpshow” to check interference gateway information record.
If “dmacshow” and “arpshow” accessed interference gateway MAC address information are consistent, the interference gateway is set properly.
For example:
<MBox SYSTEM>dmacshow
Disturb gateway mac: XX-XX-XX-46-c4-f8
value = 40 = 0x28 = '('
<MBox SYSTEM>arpshow
Destination      LL Address        Flags  Refcnt Use        Interface
 X.X.55.161   XX:XX:XX:46:c4:f8 0x8405 37     0          fei3
 X.X.55.177   XX:XX:XX:46:c4:f8 0x8405 0      0          fei4
value = 70 = 0x46 = 'F'
If “dmacshow” and “arpshow” accessed interference gateway MAC address information are not consistent, it may be WEB page interference gateway information set error, or the customer changed interference link and didn’t make synchronous modification in WEB page. Modified the correct interference gateway information in the page and restart SPS. Use the above two commands validate the interference gateway’s MAC is correct or not.
