The customer said both the PC under equipment and the interface of the equipment are unable to be configured IP and prompt address conflict at the same time.
Landing equipment found that it really prompts conflict. Check the DHCP, the customer says they don't want to dodge the distributed IP, there is no other configuration. See the address pool configured a long IP address, configuration is as follows:

Modified it for the outbound interface address “NAT address - group 1 126.96.36.199 188.8.131.52”, problem is solved.
May be mask configured error, or DHCP configured error.
Testing in lab, we found as long as configured the address pool at first, then no matter the PC or the equipment interface all prompt address conflict. So proposal configure interface IP at first, and then configure address pool.
