Issue Description
 Use the centralized installation tool to install the SIG background version, but the installation is failed.
And change to use component installation to install SIG DB, prompting “Execute file ./tmp_sql failed”, details are as follows:
The password of the SIG DB is detected during the configuration installation.

Handling Process
1、stop database: /etc/init.d/mysql stop
2、manually delete the directory:rm -r /var/lib/mysql/SIG
(if appears the problem when install NETS, execute rm -r /var/lib/mysql/NETS)
3、start DB:/etc/init.d/mysql start
4、Execute installation script again to install database
Root Cause
When install a DB again and again in the experiment, the problem will appear occasional, and the server do not install the mysql will not appear this problem.
When install database, first execute mysql command: drop databases (delete a database), such as the SIG DB, now mysql program will delete the directory/var/lib/mysql/SIG.
But when install a DB again and again, mysql appear delete directory failure occasionally.
