Q:
S9300 as layer 3 for connecting server gateway, configure 32 bit black hole route to the server ip on S9300, the far side can visit the server, but S9300 device cannot ping the server.

Handling Process

A:
1、For S9300 switch chip forwarding, when arp exists, srp is preferential, that made released black hole disabled.
      If delete the arp,later data packet to server will match black hole and be different.
     If server send arp, s9300 learn the server arp, the black hole will be disabled
2、s9300 ping server,this packet originally sent by cpu,it will check the black hole route first that caused block. arp is same whether it has server.
