Create IP domain equipment failed.
When adding equipment in the network, it tips: "failure reason: in the MDP distributed failed.” or "failure reason: the server has no response."
Open the system monitor client:
1. Check whether the corresponding network element manager process can run normally.
2. Check whether the equipment access management process can run normally.
Created network element failed may caused by the following reasons:
1. The corresponding network element manager of web management has not started.
2. Equipment access management process has not started.
