In the version of R001C01SPC100, the infrastructure virtual machine’s domain account has been deleted by the administrator by mistake, how to restore it?
The domain administrator add the deleting domain account again, through the testing, we find there are several problems such as: the virtual machine can’t be logon in, create the virtual machine failed, assign the virtual machine failed and so on. How can we operate?
The Windows has assigned each account (both the domain account and the local account) a unique security identifier SID. Delete an account firstly, and then recreate this account again, the same account will get two different SID during the two processes of creating. Therefore, the SID corresponding with the original account will be invalid, and we need to take the adding operation again. If the domain account of the ITA/WIA hasn’t been re-added in the administrator user group of the DB and DDC server, there will appear an unidentified account’s SID:
(distinguished with the normal one:
), it will cause the ITA can’t access the DDC and the DB server, and furthermore lead to the above problem.
1. According to the GPI document in the version of R001C01SPC100, implement the “administrator rights configuration” for each component virtual machine in the VDS environment. For detail operation method, please see the GPI, you can search “administrator rights configuration” firstly. During the operation, delete the old SID of the corresponding domain account.
2. According to “installation and test” -> “VDesktop6000” -> “install ITA/WIA” -> “install the ITA/WIA software”, implement the corresponding operation on the DDC.
