Login SIG management interface, "regional list" in real-time monitoring page is empty, no real-time data in real-time control.
The cause of this failure is as follows:
there is a firewall between SIG's Web server and the client to access the Web, the firewall did not open ActiveX controls and Web server communication port.
The firewall set TCP 5009, TCP 5500, UDP 5007, UDP 5800 port that allow the client to access the Web Server, it will query the real-time data.
The real-time interface query process is that client IE browser accessed the Web Server TCP 8443 port, downloaded query control to the local, the query controls and TCP 5009, TCP 5500, UDP 5007, UDP 5800 port of Web Server interactive download real-time data.
