ELog cannot query the firewall log

Issue Description

ELog to query firewall session log, select the appropriate time range, click the query, the system returns the query results quickly (within 5 seconds). No query results, nor error

Handling Process

When this problem occurs, restart Secoway eLog logCollector in the operating system services list, service can be restored.

Root Cause

When the eLog system querying the log, you must obtain the background data storage list first. View the eLog background running alarm, found it is impossible to apply for a new memory alarm. The eLog products have two components of log collector and the log server, regular communication between the two components. In the log collector communication code, memory was not released after each communication finished, causing a memory leak. Eventually, it lead to the occurrence of the problem.


The problem has been fixed in the new version, it is recommended to completely solve the problem by upgrading to V1R2C02SPC300 version, upgrade time is about 5 minutes
