TSM cannot run software distributing batch file because the client side permission problem

Issue Description

TSM V1R2 version, it made the software dispensing policy, dispensed one .bat file to client side(WinXP SP3 32 bit system),the installing cannot be completed, it warns that cannot load the installing files. but when it ran the bat file manually, it can complete the installation.

Handling Process

1、Client side can ping installing file server, it means the network connection is successful.

2、Login communion installation files path, it can load, and can install, it means that the installation file is normal.

3、The permission had some problem by viewing the patch handling file, after modifying, it can be distributed successfully. as follows:

%windir%\system32\net use h: \\\Download "lyn1987
" /user:"administrator" /PERSISTENT:N

modify to
%windir%\system32\net use h: \\.1.1.1\Download "lyn1987
" /user:"local\administrator" /PERSISTENT:N

Root Cause

Because the manual runs on current client side desktop session, it can be recognised as local user, the software distributing  task will run under System session, it cannot be recognized as local.


TSM software distributing problem. check whether it can load the file successfully, if it cannot be installed,  that is the system permition problem.
