Optical splitter connection incorrect result in the SIG9280E interface can not be UP

Issue Description
SIG9280Ecollects traffic by using the 10GE interface connected to backbone line splitter, but after connected found that the interface can not be up.

Handling Process
Replaced the optical splitter, but failure still have, so you can exclude the optical splitter issue. Carefully check the connection found that incoming fiber of optical splitter error connected to the incoming direction of the backbone equipment optical module, and the No.80 port has been connected to the outgoing direction of the optical module, after change the connection, the SIG9280E interface can normally be UP and can receive traffic.
Root Cause
Measure the received light Intensity of 10GE interface through the optical power meter, result is only about -30dB, unable to meet the conditions of the interface UP.
The site using optical splitter splitting ratio specifications is 80/20, can be detected optical power so can be initially judged as two instances may make the interface can not be UP.
1, the optical splitter attenuation is too large
