Through authenticating terminal can’t access the post-authentication domain

Issue Description

After completed the configurations of isolation domain and post-authentication domain, Agent can pass through the authentication, but the authenticated terminal can’t access the post-authentication domain.

Handling Process

Apply the “isolation domain” and “post-authentication domain” to the department:
1. In the top of the TSM manager click “department management”.
2. In the left menu bar of the TSM manager click “department user>department personnel management” in turns.
3. Select “department” page sign.
4. Set the isolation domain and post-authentication domain according to the demands.
• Set the isolation domain and post-authentication domain of the top level department, click “SACG management”.
• Set the isolation domain and post-authentication domain of the non-top level department, select the superior department, and then configure in the right of the target department.

Root Cause

Through checking, found in “department management” part hasn’t applied the “isolation domain” and “post-authentication domain” to the department, so the users which belonged to this department can’t access the post-authentication domain after pass through the authentication.
