Customer is have a problems with planning conferences in SMC1.0
They cannot plan the same conference in later period of time if one conference is already planned (error information is “Sub-conference number already exists”)
advice the customer not to set the access number in his template, then the problem solved.
The sub-conference number (displayed as "access number" in RM) is set when we plan a conference. for diferent conference, it must be different.
We advice the customer to check the options on RM, and found that every time he plan a meeting with the same template. In the template he set the access number, so every time he us this template to plan a conference, the access number is the same.
