Issue Description

i have two S5700Li switches and i want to do the stack

[ACC-SW-1]stack port interface Gigabit Ethernet 0/0/49 enable
Warning: Enabling stack port may cause configuration loss on the interface, continue?[Y/N]Y

Error:The port is not allowed to enable to stack port.
[ACC-SW-1]

this is the issue
how should i resolve it

Handling Process

Reconnect the stack cables correctly

Kindly note that

PCI-E cables are used for stacking switches using stack cards.
SFP+ cables are used for stacking switches using service ports

Root Cause

After I checked I found this error.

<ACC-SW-1> display stack-port membership
stack-port0/1 has 0 ports
---------------------------------------------
stack-port0/2 has 0 ports

This mean the stack cables are incorrectly connected.
