Issue Description

The environment should include N8000,MAC or Linux,Windows and etc.

Alarm Information

Handling Process

If N8300 is more than V1R2C00SPC004, you can use a command to make it work.
The command is
N8300_01~ # /opt/HS/factory/
usage: /opt/HS/factory/ on|off
on:  can not share one fs both by CIFS and NFS with rw option
off: can share one fs both by CIFS and NFS with rw option

If the version is less than V1R2COOSPC004, you must  immit a patch into N8000 as below:
The example is a N8300 with two nodes. The version is as follows:
Release:5.6RP1P1 ENTERPRISE EDITION (Thu Aug  4 06:48:00 2011),      Installed on Fri Nov  4 06:27:26 CST 2011
The path is as follows:

2. The patch is only needed by master node. But master node can be changed automatic,so we must immit patch into all nodes.

3. Because it is just a patch ,so we must use CLI not ISM to open the share at same time.

4. Use SSH to connect N8300, make sure your account is support. And then upload patch shells to all nodes and change the mod of to 777.

5. Execute at all nodes.
The information is as follows

6.. Now you can open the CIFS share and NFS share at same time by terminal.

Root Cause

In N8500 , this can be done by default.
In N8300, you must open this function mannully.

Query your version by the command fristly:

cat /opt/HS/conf/version.conf
