CDRs in BMU much less than the CDRs from operator. February for example, customer get the CDRs from the operator is about 20000 , but on BMU we can only find 3000 .
1, stop the CDRServer and CDRAgent;
2, backup the folders in C:\Bill\CurFile first, and delete all the folders in this path;
3. copy all the files in C:\Bill\BakFile to C:\Bill\CurFile;
4, On BMU, choose “Functions > CDR Settings”, first choose disconnect and after that connect again;
To make BMU connect to CDRServer again.
5, About 10 minutes later , after billing were uploaded , you can check all of the billing history on BMU.
check the backup floder of CDR server: C:\Bill\BakFile, all the phone call history can be found.
this shows that: U1900 have generated CDRs successfully, the problem is why only a part of CDRs transfered to BMU.
check the statues of CDR agent, it is running.
So we found the problem: most of the CDRs was transfered to CDR agent, BMU only got a little part of CDRs.
Be notice , if there is no third party billing system, please do not make the CDRAgent running.
