VSM server can't connect to NE device

Issue Description
Adding NE device in the VSM, but the NE device are not able to auto discovery from the VSM, even the configuration are corrected.
Alarm Information
No alert due to NE device can't be added.
Handling Process
Advice customer to open all the port are needed to use for VSM
Root Cause
Port are not open in third party firewall.
Require customer to provide the full topology and make sure firewall port is open before adding NE device.
