when customer try to logging to the eSpace EMS with the default user name and password after installed the software, it failed with the saying that the user is locked:
after confirmed with customer, we know that it was the first time customer tried to logging, and when during the installing, there is a place to ask customer put in the superuser Name and password , but customer put in anoter user name and password which is different with the default user name and password indicated in the manual . so when customer use the default user name and pssword try to logging, it will failed.
after customer put in the superuser name which setted up during the installing, he logged in successful.
1. it may because customer tried too many times with the wrong password.
2. the user name and password was already changed.
do not change the superuser name and password rashly
