Issue Description

Customer using USG5500 V300R001C00SPC800 with cards inserted in the chassis. Topology:

Internet Gateway (Router) point A ----------------------------------point B USG5500 point C ----------------------------HOST.

On Firewall there is configured vlanif 1 that connects the host, and vlainf 2 that connects the router at layers 3.

Alarm Information

Traffic from Host to Internet Gateway is arround 10 Mbps, checking point C (using diplay interface vlanif 2 command) and point A we have 10 Mbps.

Checking traffic on point B, we have 2Mbps far below 10Mbps the wright value.

Handling Process

Checking the issue with RnD, and simulated the problem in the lab, it was obvious that this is a bug, that only occurs when in the chassis is installed a FPGA card.

Problem will be solved in the next available system software version.

Root Cause

To be 100% sure about point B traffic, customer decide to capture the traffic and indeed was about 6Mbps.
