Issue Description
Product: N8300
Version: V1R2
Symptom: There is a power rebuild of the customer datacenter, the N8300 system shut down abnormally, when the customer reboot the system, they can't find the file system information on ISM.
Alarm Information
There is no file system informaiton on ISM :

Handling Process
Clean out all the contents in the "/ opt / VRTSnasgw / log / nasgw.lock.lock" file,Executive the "storage fs list" command again, the file system information can be displayed normally on ISM.
Root Cause
Executive the "storage fs list" command under the master account , the system show the alarm "there is another command is being executed", then the "storage fs list" command exit directly.
The "storage fs list" command is blocked when it is issued, this the reason why the ISM can't display the file system information.
Check the file "/ opt / VRTSnasgw / log / nasgw.lock.lock" ,  there is a pid record and its corresponding command is "storage snapshot list".So we can confirm that before the system abnormal shutdown, the "storage snapshot list" command was issued from the ISM, the system put this command in the "/ opt / VRTSnasgw / log / nasgw.lock.lock" file, but this inquire command didn't get the results, then system shut down suddenly.
When the sysrem reboot again, there is contents in the lock file,  the system consider that there is a command being excuted,so any other command will be prevented.
When shut down the NAS system, we should follow the standard process, otherwise there will be some unexpected problems .
