I have changed the eSpace 7950 admin password and I cannot login.
1. Connect the IP Phone as a NE to the EMS for managing purposes
2. Upload the default configuration file specific for the software version of the eSpace 7950
3. Reboot the eSpace 7950
4. Open http://IP address:Port number, and use default user name: admin, password: admin => Successful login
5. Reconfigure the eSpace 7950 with the desired parameters
1. Try to login via webpage configuration
2. Try to get c_tree.xml file
3. Connect eSpace 7950 via EMS and load the default c_tree.xml configuration file
4. Reboot the eSpace 7950
5. Open http://IP address:Port number, and use default user name: admin, password: admin
If you forget the admin password you will need to reset the IP Phone to factory defaults. The way to do this is using EMS.
