FAQ - identify memory fault on Eudemon 1000E-X

Issue Description

Memory faults can me identified during startup process. After the device is powered on, the device detects the memory, loads the base BootROM and extended BootROM, and loads the system software. Failure in any of the processes may cause startup failure. 

Alarm Information

Error message  " RAM Test Failed! Halting ... " 

or

"Error: Unable to locate a working CMD and/or SLV_CMD strobe configuration for this channel"


Handling Process

Above errors indicates that memory card is broken. If firewall is no longer in warranty chassis can be opened, then remove and insert memory card or replace with another one.
