Customer encounter dificulties to manage network using eSight V200R003C01SPC300 and IE9. Several pages had bad format layout disorder, and some popup icons cannot close after customer click "close" or "ok" button. He always need to refresh the pages to close the popup icon.
Changing Language and region settings to English on both server and client, and restarting OS on both elements resolved the problem.
Additionally, RnD work hard to solve this problem and developed patch V200R003C00SPC302 that permit using different language than english or chinese.
We made additional troubleshooting on client and server environment/OS and we saw that he was using Cech as Language and Region settings. We kindly ask customer to modify Language and region settings to English or Chinese.
