Except we run "ipconfig release/renew" .

Handling Process

we can save dhcp lease-information on 7706 .

dhcp server database enable                        (Enables the function to save DHCP data to storage devices.)
dhcp server database write-delay 36000    (Specifies the interval at which DHCP data is saved)
dhcp server database recover                       (Recovers DHCP configurations using DHCP data in storage device.)

Root Cause

We find that 7706 was reboot almos everyday during test .when WINDOS 7 PC connected to the 7706,  If the DHCP server has no information of this client, then it will  remain silent, only if  after you execute ipconfig release/renew to release the ip address ,and then this PC Will try to apply ip address from dhcp server. On WINDOWS XP OS ,It will apply ip address when connects to network.

if we find that only WINDOWS 7 OS cannot get the ip address ,but WINDOWS XP can ,please try save the dhcp lease-information on DHCP server .
