BGP peering was through LAN card connection.

From time to time device was rebooting.

Handling Process

Shut down lancard, and move bgp connection to built-in AR 3200 WAN interfaces. This solve the problem.
Another solution  - upgrade V200R003C01SPC900  or later system software. meomory synchornization problem is solved on with this version

Root Cause

When we are using the LAN side card 8FE1GE  to connect through  BGP,  router is having issues with the memory.
Lancard 8FE1GE will try to import the routes received from BGP peer but, because the hardware capacity is only 4k, it will not succeed, and will need to access RAM, occupy internal bus…  BGP process will not be efficient and because we are talking about full routing table and high requirements, malfunction appear.
