Error: Failed to upgrade MoPkg!
From the collected logs I can see that the error is caused by the ntdll.dll Windows file. This happens because the latest eSIght version (V200R003C00SPC300) has been developed for the Windows 2008 R2 build. On the server in question I was running Windows 2008 R1.
After upgrading the OS ro Windows R2 everything worked without any problems.
For analyzing this issue I have logged in to the eSight maintenance tool and gathered the AppBase logging infromation.
