After dial the VU prefix (the number of automatic switchboard), the caller did not get any prompt. The call was released suddenly.
1. confirmed with customer, he did edit and load the VU script.
2. check the configuration of VU prefix by command "show prefix dn 6666", result as blew:
3. check the VU script, and found the OperationNO was configured as "5", which did not match with the configuration of VU prefix.
4. modify the operationNO to "1", then reload the script. problem solved.
