Root Cause
1. Check SIP user settings on the CUCM -> OK!
2. Check Account settings on the IP Phone -> User name: 7101 Register name: iad208
3. Check IAD Sip Service Configuration/SIP Soft Parameter -> Authentication type = ID
4. Change the Authentication type to Name
5. Retry the registration test scenario -> Success
Suggestions
If on the SIP server, you configure the Authentication by UserName, in the IAD this means that in the Sip Service Configuration/SIP Soft Parameter -> Authentication type must be set to Name, not to ID. Use this setting to avoid failed registration of the IP Phones connected to the IAD.
