No Alarm

Handling Process

1) Please make sure the charp password from the client is from 12 to 16.
2) Please make sure the charp password on ISM is the same with the client.

Root Cause

The password of charp should be from12 to 16 characters.  And should be the same with the client. If the customer  input more than 17 characters in our system, there is no alert. But the customer would  think he is right.

Add alert when the customer input the password which is longer than 16 characters.
