A method of connecting and accessing the N8300 share file system

Issue Description

The user has removed from one domain to the other one,but still be able to access the share file system of the first domain.

Handling Process

1.  Should be choose the delete command to delete user, not the remove command;
2 . Choose another method.
Step 1  Find “my computer”, Select “Map Network Drive”

Step 2  Input IP address of the share file system in “Folder”

Step 3  Click “different user name”, Select the User

Step 4  Remove the user "test123" from group domaintest to group seanas in the domain server; Select the Network Drive that you want to disconnect.

Step 5  Map Network Drive again

Step 6  Access is denied

Step 7  Select the Network Drive that you want to disconnect

Step 8  Add the user “test123” to the group domaintest again in domain server, and Map Network Drive

Step 9  Access is successful

Root Cause

 1. The user is not completely deleted;
2. The Map Network Driver is not disconnected.

Choose the second method to accessing the N8000 share file system.
