DSP module failed lead to all the phones under IAD 132 failed to make any call

Issue Description
Today certainly the users connected with IAD, they stopped working. They even cannot hear dial tone when they pick up the receiver. I have checked the status of the users, both FXS and FXO, they are registered. Status is also ok on PBx. There is one alarm on IAD, Call Resource Exhaust, system resource full.

  ALARM NAME  : Call resource exhaust
  PARAMETERS  : systemResourcesOverload
  DESCRIPTION : systemResourcesOverload
  CAUSE       : SIP user lost connection with server
  ADVICE      :  please validate the connection with server

Handling Process
1. execute command "display device " on IAD 132, result as blew.

we found all the DSP modules are "failed"

2. restart the IAD 132 and re-check the status of DSP modules, problem sitll the same.

3. re-load the Fireware of IAD 132, and re-check the status of DSP modules, problem still the same.

4. from above steps we confirm that the DSP modules totally dead. need to replace with spare parts.
Root Cause
from the alarm we know the problem maybe caused by DSP moduls hungup or dead.
