logged into operators's phones through web interface and configured different ringtones for internal calls and external calls so that they can be able to differentiate calls and aswer appropriately.
Upon testing, we discovered that the phone does diplay where the call cames from, meaning the extension/name where it was transferred to while ringing at switchboard.the problem was that if they answer without looking at the screen, the phone displays the original caller. The internal and external ringtones were the same hance they answered every call as if it's a new call.
Operators are adviced to consistently look at the telephone screens at all times before answering any call to see where it came from to avoid aswering call as if it's a new call.
